On the day of arrival, your room is ready for you from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. There are enough parking spaces for cars at the house. If you would like to travel by train, we will of course be happy to pick you up from the station. We recommend the door-to-door service for luggage by rail travelers. Please understand that we do not accept pets.
The room must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
For the Viehscheid weekend (mid-September) and over the turn of the year, we only accept reservations with a minimum stay of seven days.
Spa treatments for the Schroth cure are offered in-house. The medical entrance examination is carried out in the Dr. Koehler agreed for you. As a recognized naturopathic treatment, the Schroth cure is eligible. For the subsidy - before the start of the spa - health insurance company members apply for an “outpatient pension benefit” from their social security institution or health insurance company. Treatment applications prescribed by a doctor cannot be redeemed in-house. Whole weeks do not necessarily have to be reserved for the original Schroth cure. We recommend starting the spa on a Saturday or Sunday if possible.
For the massage and Schrothkur pack prices, as well as for the doctor's fees, no guarantee is assumed, since they are set independently of the house. They are external services provided by freelance employees and are only partially subject to VAT.
The cure tax for the Oberstaufen market in the amount of € 2.70 per person and day is calculated separately.
Unless otherwise stated, the prices quoted are per person and day in euros.
We try to meet your wishes regarding the room number and location as much as possible, but we reserve the right to make changes based on occupancy.
The room price is charged from the day on which the room was booked. For booked rooms that are not in accordance with the appointment and are not canceled at least four weeks before the arrival date, we charge 60% of the room price for Schroth cure and vital holiday guests and 80% for holiday guests (B&B) as loss of booking loss, unless the booked room is otherwise for the same period can be awarded. The same applies to early departures. When calculating cancellation fees, the possibility of proof remains within the meaning of § 309 prov. 5 b BGB unaffected.
